GBLIP Municipality Welcome Packages (links to Welcoming Packages available on Municipality websites) - GBLIP Community Sub-committee has developed a Welcome Package Template. The English, French, Arabic and Ukrainian versions of the template were distributed to the seventeen municipalities in Grey and Bruce Counties for each to complete by added local information and resources. These Welcome Packages help newcomer residents navigate as they settle into their new home.

How Being Welcoming Benefits Economic Development of the Region (video) -GBLIP created this podcast video for Welcoming Week 2023 in which Economic Development Officers of Grey and Bruce Counties, Jacinda Rudolph, and Pierre Valley, talk about how to build a welcoming community and help address workforce shortage of the region.

"Conversations for a More Inclusive and Welcoming Community" is a two-and-a-half-hour interactive EDI training which can be offered virtually or in person. The facilitators are local residents from diverse cultural backgrounds who have completed the GBLIP Train the Trainer program. Participants will explore fundamental concepts including Brave Space, Unconscious Bias, Power and Privilege, Microaggression, and Allyship.
