Call for Participants Grey Bruce Discrimination Study

The Grey Bruce Local Immigration Partnership (GBLIP) is seeking volunteers to take part in a study on experiences of discrimination in Grey and Bruce Counties. This study is being carried out by the Community Engaged Scholarship Institute at the University of Guelph, in partnership with the Grey Bruce Local Immigration Partnership.

Participant Eligibility:

  • Identify as an Indigenous Person, an Immigrant, or a Visible Minority
  • Resident of Grey or Bruce County
  • 18+ years of age

Eligible participants will be asked to participate in an individual or group interview via Zoom or by phone. Interviews are anticipated to take up to one hour. Participants will be given a $40.00 e-gift card to express gratitude for their time.

The project has been reviewed by the Research Ethics Board for compliance with federal guidelines for research involving human participants (REB# 22-01-020).
