Diversity and Inclusive Rural Workplaces Projects Presents: School of Refl(ACT)ion Session #1: Beyond Unconscious Bias
The School of Refl(Act)ion is a co-learning space created by the Diversity & Inclusion in Rural Workplaces project, designed to have difficult conversations about racism and discrimination. Employers, Human Resources Professionals or Supervisors from the private and public sectors are invited to participate in this event.
Participants will critically reflect and collectively act on successfully building relationships, creating positive and meaningful workplaces for Racialized People, Indigenous Communities, and People of Colour, including New Immigrants.
