Building on GBLIP's community-focused EDI Training program, "Conversations for a More Inclusive and Welcoming Community", we are currently updating the original curriculum in response to regional priorities in economic development and immigration retention. Starting in 2026, we will be offering four sector-specific sessions designed to meet the needs of local organizations, employers, service providers and institutions.

In consultation with the Partnership Council, GBLIP's original training team, newcomer advisors and subject matter experts, we're developing half-day workshops featuring local data, experiential knowledge and case studies that attend to current realities in four sectors:

Healthcare 

Education

Businesses and Trades
